Yay! I think I am squeaking in JUST IN TIME for the current sketch contest over at MY FAVORITE THINGS.
When I first saw it I was instantly inspired to use some retired MFT Stamps that are an old favorite and create a Halloween themed card. Halloween is my favorite Holiday in all it's fun colors and creatures and quirkiness!!! Anyway... Here's the sketch and my take on it. Can't wait to see the NEW sketch tomorrow! OH!!! And I don't want to forget sharing this little gem. Sometimes if I can't find just the right embellishment or stamp to fit the look I'm trying to achieve then I create little graphics over at PicMonkey.com and then add those to my creations like I did here. And it was just the right touch of sentiment and Pirate flair!
