New Project Life App

I know.... another post in only a few days.  Don't die of shock on me. But I had to come share something that might rock your world as hard as it has mine!! I've been scrapbooking for WELL OVER 17 years. I love it. I have this desire woven into my being to be creative and make things with my hands. It's a creative release and outlet for me that nothing else quite fulfills.

So this last year as I've focused on my full time Thrive business (link and info in tab above) you can imagine how my scrappy heart has suffered with not having a ton of creative time!  Well..... Becky Higgins and the Project Life team just rolled out a NEW Project Life App that you can create digital layouts in on your phone!
Now when I'm sitting at baseball practice or volleyball.... just waiting... like moms do... I can create a layout in a matter of minutes in the palm of my hand!  I could cry at how exciting this is!  I just uploaded this Duckling Photos layout to Persnickity Prints and ordered both the 12x12 and 8x8 sizes so I could see the difference. Their app is also super user friendly!!! I should have them in a few days so I can update with a review on that as well!  So excited! I love technology. It can be a very good thing too! Not just bad!

Here's two layouts I made using the new app. The baseball one was my very first.  It's only $2.99 and comes with some great basics to work with. I'm sure I will add more later but for now.... I'm a happy camper!!!

Happy H-OWL-AWEEN!!

Hi my crafty/creative friends!
It's time for a little Paper Smooches challenge

I haven't played with paper and scissors
 and glue in FOREVER!!!
When I ran across this challenge over at
the Paper Smooches blog ...
the colors instantly had me thinking about Halloween.

The retail world has already been there for WEEKS!!!
But this is not a problem for our house since we LOVE Halloween here!  Anyway... Paper Smooches digital stamps are super fun and I fell in love with this adorable OWL stamp!!! So I went to Work!
With a little water color pencils and a fun Spellbinders Star Circle die... it turned out pretty cute I think.
What do you think? Felt good to use my creative brain again!  Thanks for stopping by!
Oh and be sure to visit the
