Sketch Day & THRIVE delivery

Today they shared a new sketch over at My Favorite Things Challenge Blog. Loved this sketch so much I knew right away how I would interpret it with the products I had to play along with.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE February as a month for paper-crafting. I have a weakness for hearts and reds and pinks so of course it will reflect in my creations.  Here's the sketch for this two weeks:

And here's my take on it:

Supplies:

Another reason I am super excited today is I got a LeVel package with lots of amazing goodies in it but MOSTLY I was excited to get the new Pink Camo DFT
 they just released!
Thrive truly does amazing things for people. In ways
I could never explain.
and thank goodness I don't have to. I just love sharing how it's helping people and sending samples for people to try it themselves. Easy Peasy!  I've never found anything that works so well and is so easy to do as a business before. I don't have time for home shows, parties or chasing people down all the time and Thrive just WORKS so of course I was stalking my Fed Ex guy today! HA!
Isn't this pretty!!! You should read how it's helping people!!  Here's a post on Facebook I started and asked my friends, customers and fellow promoters to chime in on about how they have been affected by Thrive.  The comments will amaze you.  It's the real deal!  I can send you a sample if you're interested!  Let me know
and thanks for stopping by!

If you've never heard of Thrive but think you'd like to know more... please register for a free customer account here at http://ThriveAndChangeLives.com  and I will be in touch with you super soon!
Have a great week!  Thrive on!

Card Sketch & New Thrive Product Release

I loved this week's card Sketch over at the My Favorite Things card challenges blog.
Super fun and easy to throw a simple card together.
I was excited to use my new MFT dies on this so I incorporated them into the actual design. Made the card that much easier to create.  Here's the sketch....
and here's my take on the sketch......

Kind of fun yes??? Well here's where you can find the heart dies and here's where you can find the fun banner I used for the sentiment and little letter stickers.

Now for an exciting new Release that we were able to get our hands on as Thrive Promoters!  The Pink Camo DFT was available for purchase today if you qualified for the pre-release!!
I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to get these and start wearing them instead of the green ones!

In case you've never heard of Thrive or what it can do for you.... I have a tab at the top of my blog with more info and I also started a Facebook post asking my friends and customers and fellow promoters to comment and share what Thrive has been doing for them and the response was incredible.  I truly have never seen anything like this before.  THRIVE IS AMAZING!!!

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great week!

MFT Color Challenge #14

OMIGOODNESS.... I've been dying to share this project!  Love, love, love this color combo so much!

Just look at this will you??  Sooooo beautiful!! Love the Navy with that Lime green. And I'm a purple fan too as long as it's very light with these colors!  Just perfect!

I didn't have any stamps to use for this challenge because I'm pretty new to My Favorite Things but I'm excited to be starting my collection. :) Anyway.... you can check out the Color Challenge Here and also see the other samples created by their talented Design Team.  So much cute stuff.  I can't wait to sit down and look at all those who participated as well.

So here's my take on the Challenge! When I was in the crafty section at Walmart last week picking up some paint I saw this little unfinished wood panel piece that I KNEW instantly was my "project" for this challenge. I snatched it up for $4.00 and finally got some time in the wee morning hours to create this......

Is this fun or what?  Super excited!!!  So blessed to be a momma of seven and then as of last Friday we were finally able to finalize the adoption/rescue of our newest four-legged baby.
Meet Koda Bear. He's a Jack Russell/Papillon mix and he's 5 months old. I love him to pieces and so happy we were able to rescue.  Can you even stand the cuteness?  Love this pup. Anway.... hope you enjoyed my project and my puppy!  Have a fantastic week! xoxo

I created something!

Sooooo.... Life has been super crazy but super GOOD crazy!  I'm grateful for my busy life with lots of family commitments and work stuff going on and when I do get a little down time I have a hubby who loves to still take me on dates.  Life is FULL and this is something I am blessed by.  I don't have any complaints..... but there's always the but.... Right???  Mine is small but meaningful.  I miss my scrappy time. I miss creating things with my hands. One of my goals this year is to make sure I create something... even if it's small.. once a week.  This is my soul food and it's one of my happy places.  So it NEEDS to happen. And I'm excited to make sure it does!

Now... just because I GET SOMETHING CREATED doesn't mean it will always make it here to my blog but I am super excited to have found a new place online that provides the right motivation and challenges so I have more of a desire to share my creations!!!  That place is called....  MFT (My Favorite Things) Challenge & Inspiration Blog.    Go check them out!!  I created two cards using a couple of their stamp sets but didn't get them posted in time to qualify for the prize drawings but that's okay!!! This momma is just over the moon excited she got something created! HA!!!!!

This fun card I created for the Wednesday Sketch Challenge 211 and their Design Team always has amazing samples to share using the sketch also!  Here's my take on it.... I couldn't help myself with adding some tulle to her little tutu. I love texture and this little girl stamp just makes me happy!!!  You can find her here in the MFT store. Pure Innocence Sassitude set.   Then the awesome sentiment set that I used next to her is called Chalkboard Greetings Too and I'm in love with it!  I am a sucker for mixing fonts and anything inspiring and this set is all of that!!

Okay.... the other card I created was for a Color Challenge they also do on their blog.  This one runs twice a month so you have plenty of time to create then share your creation!  I wanted to use the same sentiment stamp set Chalkboard Greetings Too on this....  I'm a sucker for anything inspirational!!  I struggled with finding product in my scrappy stash to use on this... plus I was super crunched for time so I just made the base of this card digitally then printed it and glued it to the white cardstock. Added the ribbon and that stamped sentiment and I was done.  I am sharing the base if you want to save it and use it yourself on a card.  Just copy and paste it into Word and resize how you need it then print!  Easy peasy!

Okay.... yay!!!!  I created and BLOGGED in the same week!!! Feeling all kinds of accomplished and productive!!!  Woot! Woot!  Can't wait to share more here soon!!!  Oh!!!! And before I go I need to share this fun collage I made of my beautiful Cassidy who turned 13 years old yesterday!  So much good stuff going on in life!  Have a great weekend everyone!  xoxo
